MUSIC / GUIDE
Dub makes space, echo and changes in the mix part of the music alongside bass and drums. The gaps and the room's low-frequency sound can be as absorbing as the notes. Record selections, electronic crossovers and live manipulation each create a different experience.
ROOTS VIBRATION brings roots rock reggae to Club CACTUS. ROOTS VIBRATION SOUND from Belgium appears as special guest alongside I ROCKERS FAR EAST and local selectors. The roots-and-dub sound-system dance runs 18:00 to midnight with free entry and donation-based music charge.
NO MORE LEAKS is a reggae- and dub-centered DJ party at COOL DREAD BAR. Six DJ acts bring low-slung selections into the basement bar setting. It offers an unpretentious, deep-listening holiday afternoon.
DUB RESONANCE features NICE ONE KAZ, oshi, RISA, Toyo, and Ken Sugai. It runs at ZUBAR from 19:00 until midnight. A roro eyewear pop-up adds a shop element to the night.
The closing chapter of LDG's tenth anniversary brings Azu Tiwaline and DJ MARIA. together as double headliners. The night centers on psychedelic movement between Tunisian-rooted elements, dub, and techno grooves. A strong domestic lineup completes an immersive VENT session.
The postponed PEACE, UNITY & JOY returns as a year-end party. OASIS RISING SOUND joins as special guest, alongside a full roster of sounds and DJs at Club CACTUS. Running from 23:00 to 05:00, it is built for dancing through the night and closing out the year together.
